This week in health and beauty you will find some editorial as promised a couple of weeks ago about the technical process I went through to have my teeth whitened – which, by the way are still nice and white.
I think it is important to know with any procedure that involves anything to do with your body that safety is paramount with whoever is carrying out the work and, as I’d been asked, have a look and learn how it was done.
There’s also a report on what happened at the seminar I encouraged everyone to go to recently to find out what to do if anyone dies. There was a fantastic turnout and I hope people learned a lot. The article is on page 15.
In a couple of weeks we will be moving offices again. Yes, I know, we only moved a year ago but the useable space with a full bathroom and kitchen and great long corridor hasn’t been ideal and people have found it difficult finding us so, we’re off again. This time we shall be just outside Coin on the Coin to Cartama road, opposite La Trocha Commercial Centre and above where De Cotta Law have moved to. It’s a nice, big light and airy office - ideal for all the artwork we have to do and we won’t have to be yelling up and down corridors to find out who’s doing what... aah, peace at last!
We were at the Tamisa Golf Hotel again last weekend and had the best Chateaubriand I think I’ve ever tasted (just as an aside – while we were actually in Chateaubriand, France, on a bike tour, they did great Pains au chocolat – yummy!)
A friend of mine in the UK sent me this little message, so I thought I’d share it with you all:
Women are Angels.
And when someone breaks our wings,
We simply continue to fly....on a broomstick.
We are flexible like that!
