House sales slow down

SEVILLE. Despite the fact that figures for June do not include the increased IVA, house sales only showed a 7% rise, the second worst month this year. Second-hand housing continued to lead the market – at just under half the sales, a 17% rise over June last year. Sales of new housing, which do not pay IVA, dropped by just over 2%.
