Residents return home after fire

The residents of Las Brisas urbanisation in Manilva who were evacuated when a fire threatened to reach some 20 homes on Saturday...
...were allowed to return home the following day. The fire had started at 11 am on Saturday in nearby El Hacho and firefighters brought the blaze completely under control by 4 pm Sunday. Only four homes were slightly damaged by the fire, which destroyed five hectares of undergrowth. There were no human casualties.
