University College Marbella Design Academy celebrated their Summer 2012 Graduation & Fashion Show Ceremony recently and all the proceeds were given to the cancer charity Cudeca.
With the help and support of the students and local businesses the academy wanted to help contribute to the local community by raising funds for this worthy local charity.
The event was an absolute success and tickets were sold out. The evening kicked-off with an exclusive and static showcase display of the latest Graphics and Interior Designs. It was followed by a Catwalk Fashion Show with top professional models, including Miss Malaga and accompanied by an audio visual depicting all the latest trends in Design as predicted by the local design talent.
Complimentary drinks were served and free prizes and vouchers were drawn in the raffle from the gifts donated by the local businesses. The graduating students were presented with their Diplomas on stage at the awards ceremony.
The money raised will help support health professionals and palliative care to treat patients who are suffering from advanced or terminal cancer within the province of Malaga.
The evening was the rounded up by the after-show celebration party on the lovely terrace and pool gardens with top DJ Kul from Peng Records. Many of the local press, media and VIPs attended and it was a great evening not only supporting Cudeca but also the future emerging stars and talent of tomorrows design world.
