Cheapest cities for food

Shoppers get a better bargain when buying food in Huelva and Valencia, while food prices are highest in Santander, Bilbao and Vitoria, according to the Industry Ministry's Retail Prices Observatory. A spokesman said food prices in general were 2% lower in the first six months of this year than for the same period last year.
